Valid ID proof with address (Aadhar card, passport, driving licence)
must be produced during reservation and check-in process.
PAN card will not be considered as valid document to complete
check-in process.
Children above 10 years shall be considered as adult and charged as
extra person at applicable rate.
Pets are not allowed in hotel premises.
Rescheduling Policies
Free rescheduling if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day rescheduling will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booking
amount.
Rescheduled bookings must be used within 30 days of the original
date.
Terms and Conditions
Luggage and belongings will be the responsibility of guest.
Guest will be responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel
property caused by themselves or their guests.
It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself / herself in a
respectable manner in hotel premises.
Management has the right to request any guest to vacate the premises
without previous notice if he /she causes any nuisance or annoyance
within the hotel premises and they shall be bound to vacate when
requested to do so.
Guests are requested to observe, abide by, confirm to and be bound
by all applicable acts and laws and govt.rules and regulation in
force to from time to time.
